We want you to love your craft supplies! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

How to Return Contact us at wyndlesintent@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and address.

Refunds Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

Exchanges Contact us so we can try to make things right.

Free Gifts & Promotional Items Items received as free gifts (including our email subscriber exclusive craft kits) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If a free gift arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days, so we can make it right. 

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We'll work with you for a fair solution. Our goal is for you to be completely happy with your experience with us in any way we reasonably can.
